The PPG SL75<\/strong> is a two-component, 100% solids, self-leveling, and flexible joint filler formulated to protect concrete surfaces. It is designed for interior control joints and cracks on horizontal concrete surfaces, especially in industrial environments exposed to heavy traffic, such as forklifts or steel-wheeled carts.<\/p>\n

The SL75 remains flexible at lower temperatures, allowing for expansion and contraction with the joint during thermal cycles, providing a barrier against water, debris, and the impact of heavy machinery traffic.<\/p>\n

This joint filler is also recommended for repairing cracks, damaged control joints, or new construction joints in cold storage facilities, freezers, and food processing plants, where time and temperature are critical factors.<\/p>\n

Among its key features, the SL75 offers fast curing with a quick return to service, easy application, and the ability to remain flexible at lower temperatures. It is designed to accommodate 10% to 15% movement of the installed joint width and can cure at temperatures ranging from -40\u00b0F (-40\u00b0C) to 130\u00b0F (54\u00b0C).
It is important to note that the SL75 is not recommended for use in non-breathable, resilient, or polymer flooring systems, nor in environments where significant thermal cycling may occur.<\/p>\n
